I was not able to understand about which account you are talking. But most usually the link for changing the user id or password is available in the login page itself.

Just go to your login page. There you will see Forgot password or Forgot use id/application number. Clicking on those links will take you to a webpage where you have to enter all or any of your credentials like mobile number, e-mail id, name, father's/mother's name, security question and answer etc. The link will be send to registered e-mail id or in some cases you can reset everything there itself. And in case of user id or application number, it might be resent to your registered e-mail id.

If you do not find all these in Login Page, you may find it in Help Section or in Home Page as separate link.
