Sorry to say but unfortunately you cant get admission in IITs. But you can get Inter disciplinary course in IIT. You can get Material Science in IIT Kanpur with this rank. 

You should know that very few IITs run programme in Instrumentation Engineering that makes competition very tough for candidates. It leads to high score needed for admission.
