I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you are having gen-ews certificate then you are not eligible to apply for OBC certificate because ews reservations are for general candidates only who cannot take benefits of any other category . 10 percent quota is available under gen-ews , its quite obvious if you are taking benefits of 10percent quota then you cannot take any other reservations because you are already comes in high caste and therefore in general category .
