Hello.
Yes it is possible to appear for only one subject from NIOS board and with 12th in PCB you can fill JEE mains application form and even you can also give this exam but it will be waste for you, and if you are considering that with having an another marksheet of mathematics from NIOS board you can be eligible for getting admission into colleges for engineering then also you would not be, because here your single marksheet will be considered where there should be your all subjects, it is not possible to show two marksheet at the time of admission.

Prateek Yes, you can reapear for class 12th again from any board, if you don't want to waste your one year then you can reappear for all subject from NIOS Board including mathematics also through on demand exam, then your NIOS marksheet will be considered for JEE mains eligibility while admission into college.

adii gupta You have to submit your marksheet which have physics, chemistry and mathematics subject mentioned over it with English as a compulsory subject.
