Multinational companies don't have such kind of year gap restriction so you can obviously go for the job profiles with eligibility of 10 or 10+2. But I would recommend you to at least go for college level education in order to have a good opportunity in the MNC's. Also you can learn some basic computer certification course in order to have a lead in your profile during the selection procedure.
