Sangeeta you please be very specific what you are asking for as it is difficult to understand what you asked for.  If your domicile is from jharkhand then you can't produce a caste certificate of Uttar Pradesh.  Only your domicile or native state caste certificate will be valid all over India that being jharkhand in your case.
