Code 1 is for candidates who are in class 12th and are awaiting their results. Code 2 is for candidates who have passed class 12th.

So even if you have selected Code 1 instead of Code 2, there won't be any big problem and you need not worry. Your result will be declared. You will just have to provide your class XII passing certificate and marksheet during the counseling process.

Also, NEET phase-2 registration was a one time opportunity and it was to be filled without making any mistake as after submission of form no changes can be made and no correction facility is available.
