In accordance to last year statistics , the last ranks are as follows for the categories UR-1807 OBC= 3084 SC= 9927 ST= 17902

So there are chances for you to get an AIIMS but the question is which subject. I doubt you would be getting a clinical seat. If you want to pursue and go ahead with a non clinical seat like Biochemistry, Physiology or maybe FMT then you have chances of getting AIIMS.

On a personal note, you must check and understand what you want to pursue rather then just going for the AIIMS Brand. There are several old and better colleges than new AIIMS which you might get through NEET scores.
