As you got 11529 rank in IMU CET which is neither too bad nor too good.But if you classify as a general candidate itself lands you nowhere.You should stop thinking about getting any government college with this rank. No great chance at all.What I would suggest is stop thinking about marine engineering and focus on some other field.With this rank you are better of not doing marine engineering. You can get into any college you want.
