I have got 13322 obc rank ,should i got IHM GOA?

Hey,

If you belong to Inc category than there is a very little chance that you can get IHM Goa.

As the rank needed for admission fall between1000 to 2000 you may not get this college as over the years this college rank is increased so is the cut-off.
