yes there are many government colleges accepting your score some of them are:

CSJMU Kanpur - Chhatrapati Shahu ji Maharaj University
UIET Kanpur - University Institute of Engineering and Technology CSJMU
IET Lucknow - Institute of Engineering and Technology
HBTU Kanpur - Harcourt Butler Technical University.
and many more
