Although you haven't mentioned the category for which you want to know the qualifying marks, let me tell you that in order to qualify NTSE you should score a minimum of 40-40% each in MAT and SAT for general category and 32-32% each in MAT and SAT for sc/st category as per the latest criteria. The expected cutoff for 2020 in uttarakhand is 175-185 for general category, 150-160 for obc, 140-150 for sc, 135-145 for st. The 2019 overall cutoff were 172- general category, 152- obc, 139- sc, 136- st. You can estimate accordingly and check if you are eligible or not, you have a chance though. There's no official announcement yet. You can also check the official website for further details. Hope that helps.

Since you got 165, there are fair chances that you may qualify for Stage 2. Although there has been no official information regarding cut-off. Please check on the official site for recent updates.
