Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies be one of the top college affiliated to GGSIPU and therefore requires a higher rank to get into it. Rank above 2k gives you a less chance to get vips even if you're a delhite. But you can still hope to  get  in . You might get some other good colleges of GGSIPU for sure.
