As you know that the total number of medical seats available through TSEAMCET tentatively isonly 3151 for MBBBS and 1125 for BDS. Analysing your rank with the total number of available seats, it turns out to  be impossible to obtain a medical seat. Anyways you can try your chances for any other course. Do not loose your hope and try to apply for other courses. You can also try out your oppurtunities in various other courses which also has higher value and demand in future.
