In IPU however preference is given on the basis of GATE ranks, but with your rank in IPU CET you may get into any of the top colleges under first round counselling.

the process for counselling is simple, 

• shortlisted cadidates as per gate and icet score reach the counselling venue as stated
• document verification is done and then seat allotment takes place
• alloted candidates pay their fees
