Sagar, with this percentile, you can only apply in colleges that do not require JEE main scores or another option for you is to try in April session of JEE mains. You still have time to prepare and score well.
If you really want to join IIT or NITs than work hard and score good in JEE in April 2020, otherwise go for entrance exams conducted by institutes.
