I am sorry to say that with this marks you cannot get admission in a government college in Lucknow or other government colleges. The qualifying cutoff marks 628 and 651 of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow and King George's Medical College, Lucknow respectively for unreserved category and 511,565 and 482,567 marks for SC and ST respectively.
