With this score, it is difficult to get seat for MBBS and BDS. As top score is 720 this year the cut off is raised

It varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam.

You have chance of getting seat for BAMS and BHMS courses. But government or private that is difficult to predict. You can try for state quota.
