Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that if this is your normalized marks and you belong to SC category then you can get ceg college, MIT college AC tech campus , San, gce and many more colleges. Now it depends on the branch that you want to choose you might have to compromise for the branch for a better college. 

Look, you don't have very great Marks in the TANCET, but considering your Schedule Caste Reservation status, you have a decent chance to get top colleges, but at the same time, not all top colleges have caste reservation. Very few private colleges have caste reservation. So overall your chance reduces, but you may still try. All the best!
