On the basis of this rank and percentile you shall not be eligible to write JEE-Advance because as per previous year's cut-offs for General category students are qualified on 89 percentile for JEE-Advance so this year it might have slight variation but until and unless you belongs to any reservation category such as OBC, SC/ST you might not be eligible.
