I am really very sorry to say that your Percentile is quite low and it's going be difficult for you to get admission in your desired branch and colleges.
Though cut offs vary every year and there are variety of factors that affect cut offs but that's not the case here. I suggest you should give other entrance exams and the next time you give an entrance exam try and be more prepared in advance. Work hard and get your branch. Stay consistent and there's nothing you can't do.
