Congrats on your TANCET mark. Your rank can be inbetween 60-110. This can change as per the performance of students in the exam this year. The college in which you can get admission is based in the category you belong. If you belong to MBC, SC, ST you have good changes if getting into top government College. If you belong to BC you have good chance of other districts government College. If you belong to OC you have good changes of getting admission in top Private College.
