Yiur 12th scores shall not affect your placements but in sone companies where the re is criteria based on all marks there you might be not eligible.

Try to maintain more than 8/10 CGPA or 75%and abive to get good companies.
Placements also cinsider your technical expertise and certification knowledge irrespective of your academic background scores.

Placements alos require good deal of communication skills and internships experience which is must.
