Hello there,
The eligibility criteria for NEET states that the candidate should pass their 10+2 level with 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This is for the general category. For PwD it is 45% and for SC, ST, and OBC it is 40%. Since you got 51%, you are eligible for NEET 2020.
