Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling for 15 % seats . Based on previous year's cut off some of medical colleges of Gujrat you can get through state counselling for 85 % states are( government colleges are tough for you so I am suggesting you as an overall basis)
