See best Govt. colleges in any state are its IIT and NIT's so there can be three option either you are home state

student to Maharashtra or other state to Maharashtra and finally you opt for any other govt colleges

Now that decision also depend whether you want a particular branch or any mere core brach will work though

here your category matter's too.....

Now u can opt for other IIIT or GFTI too...

also frankly getting into private colleges is much easier at any percentile....
