Yes, Medical colleges accept 12th improvement marksheet. Only you should have 60 % in your 12th board.

Yes they accept only with those candidates who had not given the xam previous year due to some medical issue. If you given the xam previous year and appear all subject as a fail marksheet they will not accept.
