Yes you can fill the JEE main exam from there is no minimum aggerate for giving the JEE exam. Like last year even this year Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Thursday said that the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has decided to relax the eligibility criterion for admissions to NITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates will now only need to obtain a passing certificate in Class XII examination irrespective of the marks obtained.

The application form for jee mains is now closed for February session.
Now, if you got 58% in class 12th then yes, you can give jee mains exam. But for giving jee mains exam, you have to first fill the application form for jee mains.
So, now you can only give March, April and may session for this year.
The registration for March session will begin in February 2021. For April session, it will begin in March 2021. For March session, it will begin in February 2021. And for may session, it will begin in may 2021.
