You should score minimum of 50 percent in class 12th to take admission to B.com. There is no central exam for B.com but some colleges and universities have thier own entrance exams. You need to qualify those exams to take admission.

Otherwise, you can also take direct admission to other colleges showing your 12th marksheet or equivalent exam results.
