Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, If you get 60% mark in ICAR then your rank will might be between 3000-4000. It is based on previous year data and may change depending on many factors such as the number of candidates appeared and qualified, difficulty of exam ,number of seat available, category of the student etc. As per your concern you should mention the course you are willing to pursue.
