I would have been able to help you more if you had mentioned your general rank along with the category rank as it is the general rank based on which you will get admission and having a special category just gives the advantage of reserved seats. 

You can comment down below your general rank for further help or you can visit https://images.careers360.mobi/sites/default/files/ts-icet-cutoff.pdf  to get information regarding the MBA cutoffs of colleges in the previous years and shortlist the colleges where you can get admission with your rank. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

The colleges with lower closing ranks are obviously the better ones.
