Getting 64 percentile in JEE Main 2020 is a decent score but you cannot be placed into a good NIT.To place in Top NITs your percentile must be above 80.So with your percentile you can get lower NITs which are accepting low percentiles like Raipur,Patna etc. you can predict your rank by using the formula {(100-your total percentile) X 869010/100}. you can get a rank around 312,843.
