Please provide the the city or place you want to do.
but i suggest you to take admission in a good college in DU as there are a lot of good colleges for arts there.
One more option is BHU which is also good for arts course.

Chances less for colleges as dates for registration of counselling alreadyvstarted.

However you can go for Distance Education from Munbai University or IGNoU for BA courses incas eyou dont wnat to waste year.

Else we recommend to start admission for full time course from 2019 with all top colleges.
