Congratulations on your graduation! You haven't mentioned your undergraduate level university as well as the University you are aiming for masters. Most good universities hold entrance examinations to admit stud ets for the Masters courses and have an eligibility criteria of percentage of candidate in graduation. Usually the eligibility criteria is between 50-60%. 

However, you need to check with the university you are applying to know their admission procedure/eligibility criteria.
