According to your rank in jee mains you have very less to get seat in any NIT as your rank in category is very high but you can get following colleges -

Asansol engineering college

B. P.  poddar engineering college, west Bengal 

Techno India College, salt lake

Hope you are doing well.
8429 rank is very high in case of JEE Mains for ST Category.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get into any of NITs or GFTIs or IIITs since most of them have a closing rank of at most 6,000-7,000 for ST Category, but you can try your luck or opt for private colleges.
