Sorry to say but it's impossible to get government college at this all india rank and at this marks but you can also apply for good private colleges and also give other entrance exams like state entrance exam and some good private college also take admission through there own entrance . So don't feel demotivated for not getting government college there are several good private colleges which are above many government colleges.

Mangesh scoring 70 marks in JEE mains 2018 exam and getting 128790 rank is not good enough for a general category student to end up in a good college.
