72 marks is quite low and so it might be difficult to get into government colleges or to get branches like CSE or IT or even Mech. However if the cutoff falls to a lower range you might try private colleges. Although the data for cutoff of this year are not out yet, you can consult this list to check previous year cutoffs for various institutes participating in MHT CET :
