Hello Aspirant, congratulations on your result. You have a good JEE Mains rank, but your JEE Advanced rank won't get you the top IIT's. Although you can try your luck in new IITs you still have to compromise with the branch. My suggestion would be to keep your options open with NIT colleges too as there's a chance of getting a decent branch is good NIT's. All the best!
Congratulations on getting such a good result. For getting admission in IIT what only matter is your JEE Advance rank. With that rank in JEE Advance their are little chance for you to grab a seat but it will not be in any of top IIT. So it's only depend on your luck if you get a seat in any IIT. And as for probability it's around 20-30%.
