I have got 73.3% in 12th board cbse. Should i go for improvement to increase my percent or it will be ok?

If you are attempting JEE, Mains won't be a problem cause this time, their was no normalization of marks. But for admission at any IIT via JEE advanced, you need to be in the top 20 percentile. Failing this, you won't get any IIT.
