first of all your grades are not best they are just par for the courses like B.Tech or pharmacy .and second thinsg is the placement offers come through the talent of one not previous record of academics .they checjk only the percentages of the B.Tech or the pharmacy.but my suggestion to you is better join the degree courses in good degree colleges.all the best for your future.
