Since you have scored 74,from the cut offs it appears that chances of your getting admission into Rizwi Law College are negligible as its opening and closing cutoffs are 104-96.

But There are total 10060 seats so don't worry about the seats .......
An important point is that many students who appeared in mhcet is also going to appearing in clat ..if they score good in clat then obviously they are not going in mhcet college's ..so mhcet is just A SAFEGUARD ...in my view the allotment of seat is depend on other exam's result mainly clat and slat.......so mainly for outsider of Maharashtra ..

200-700 rank : top 10 college's
700-2000: good college
2000-5000 : low level colleges
5000-10000 rank local colleges
So don't panic about mhcet more ...many result are pending ..mhcet seat is totally depend on other exam's result ......
Do your best in other exam !
