I have got 74.2096 percentile in jee mains and Iam a BC-A candidate. Am I qualified for jee advanced 2019? Please help me....

Hello dear!

As you have secured 74.2096 percentile and you are lying under OBC-ncl category. Since the cutoff for the qualification in JEE main  and eligibility for JEE Advanced for OBC-ncl category is 74.31 percentile. Therefore, you are not qualified for JEE Advanced.
