Yes you are elligible candidate for Jee Advance . Your board marks is enough , you are in top 20 percentile of your board .

Hello aspirant,
To be eligible for JEE Advanced you must be in the top 20 percentile of your board. For Bihar board the top 20 percentile cutoff for general category is around 300. Since your marks are greater than 300 you are in the top 20 percentile and hence also eligible to give JEE Advanced.
