I think whenever you are doing some work you should always have a back-up plan B in your mind. For this particular case you should have applied for some other entrance test.Sometimes it happens that we didn't able to perform well on a specific day.

Still there are many colleges which take admission through JEE mains.

You can try for.

5 LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY.

Even with this percentile,  probability of getting into government college is low. You can check for some private colleges like Amity University,  Chandigarh University,  Chitkara University,  LPU, etc.
