According to your rank you may not get the NITs se they demand a rank under 10000 for admission in any branch for the general category students.

You might get the GFTIs as your rank fullfill the demand of some of the government engineering colleges in India. As you are of OBC category it is a great addition for your chance to grab a seat in GFTIs.
