Is you are talking about All India rank, there are some chances but if you got this rank in category, I am sorry to tell you but this won't get you a seat.

Dear student

for SC category, cutoff rank goes to like 12k and cutoff percentile goes to 95. Last year the person with rank 13k got the Raipur seat.

So yes you have chances to get aiims
