                  Yes definitely you have chances in the lower IIIT'S at this rank. At this rank you can get IIIT Bhagalpur, Manipur. You have only these two choices at this rank. You can even get CSE in those two institute. But I would recommend you to join IIIT BHAGALPUR CSE. It's a new institute, but it will definitely make its name in 3-4 years. They provides B. TECH in CSE, ECE & EE, you can join any of them, but placement for CSE will be good & if you want your career in IT then IIIT'S are best. So wait till to spot round, you will get options to choose.
