You won't be able to get government colleges.If you apply for private college you mightt get that.

To get a decent college through JEE mains marks ,you need more than 95%ile and about more than 140 marks in JEE mains .

Its better to appear in JEE april session so that you can improve your score.

Also if you don't want to appear in JEE mains there are other entrance examination for government colleges and private colleges like:

BITSAT

VITEEE

SRMJEE

Manipal

WBJEE
