Hello, you have not mentioned your rank and category so I am assuming you to be in general category. And for this percentile chances of getting any Nit, IIIT, good Gfti looks difficult. Because cutoff are very high for all colleges. But cutoff changes every year. Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
Chances of getting some government colleges like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar,Assam University,Tejpur University, H.N.B. Garhwal ,etc may be there if you wait till spot round of counseling.
Apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission.

As it is difficult to tell the exact possibilities for the college but as per the previous year cutoff considering your category as general, the chance seems less to get a seat in NIT , IIITor GFTIs. However, you can try for state counseling like punjab , haryana, MP etc.
