As per your percentile, your probable general rak can be 15,236 or 15,237 which is calculated keeping in mind only the number of candidates who appeared for the January session of JEE Paper 2. However, you need to take into account that this ranking will differ once the NTA announces the final normalised results after the April session.
Now coming to your prospective options, it is advisable that you wait for the final result and then look for colleges as the respective cutoffs will also be out after NTA's final result list.
